YOUR DATA MATTERS

How We Protect Your Account and Information

Our terms spell out how we keep your account secure and your data private. When you log in from Jakarta or anywhere else, your login credentials are encrypted end-to-end.

Encryption Standard

All logins and payment transactions use TLS 1.2 or higher encryption, the same security level banks use for online transfers.

Payment Tokenization

Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS wallet details are never shown in full. Only the last four digits and transaction dates appear in your account history.

Cookie Consent

We use cookies to track your login and game preferences. You can disable them in browser settings; you'll just have to log in each visit and reset your preferences.

Data Retention

Account data is kept for the length of your membership plus the period required by local regulation, typically 2–3 years after closure or last activity.

Data Access Request

Contact support with your account ID and ask for a complete copy of your personal data. We'll send a download link within 10 business days.

Data Correction & Deletion

If your name, email or phone number is wrong, we can update it immediately if no active withdrawal is pending. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of account closure.

What You Need to Know About Our Terms

Players often ask the same questions about what the terms mean for their account, their money, and their rights. We've answered the ones we hear most.

No. Opening multiple accounts breaches our terms. If we discover duplicates, we close all of them and may forfeit any pending balances. We detect multiple accounts through email, phone, payment method and device fingerprinting. Use one account per person.

Breaches of the terms — including collusion, payment fraud, or attempting to circumvent regional restrictions — result in account suspension or permanent closure. You forfeit any unwithdrawing balance. The exact penalty depends on the breach severity and is communicated by support email when your account is flagged.

We retain your full transaction history — deposits, withdrawals, gameplay records — for the length of your active membership plus 2–3 years after closure or your last login. After that period, records are securely deleted. You can download your history anytime via account settings.

Contact support immediately with your account ID, game name, table number or spin ID, and a screenshot of the outcome. We review live-table recordings and spin logs to verify. If we uphold your claim, funds are credited within 3–5 business days. If we need more time, support keeps you updated.

Where local law permits, you can set daily deposit, loss or play-time limits in your account settings under Responsible Play. You can also request a temporary pause (suspension) by contacting support; we'll freeze your account for the period you specify, and you'll need to reactivate it when you're ready.

Yes. Contact support with your account ID and specify whether you want a data download or account deletion. Data downloads are emailed within 10 business days. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of closure; we retain records only as required by local law.

Deposits and withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS and bank transfer are all governed by our payment terms. Each method is tokenized and verified before processing. Withdrawal verification requires identity confirmation via email or SMS to prevent fraudulent transfers.
